PETWILL, LLC PRIVACY POLICY
The website www.mypetwill.com and its mobile responsive version, (collectively, the “Site”) is operated by PetWill, LLC (the “Company”) as a multifaceted platform by which, among other things, it sells to its customers (i) an engraved pet identification tag (the “ID Tag”), which contains identifying information that will be linked to a customized online pet profile (the “Profile”) on the Site created by the customer and (ii) a downloadable legal document template of a pet trust (referred to as the “PetWill”). The sale of the Pet ID Tags, the Online Pet Profile and the PetWill, together with the provision and maintenance of the online database of each Profile is referred to herein as the “Services.” Thus, in the event of an emergency, by typing in the unique identifying information (“Pet ID”) contained on the ID Tag, the Company’s customer, the customer’s family, friends, neighbors, first responders, or anyone with access to the Profile, will have access to the pet's care instructions, diet, medication, veterinarian information, pet trust information, photographs of the pet, and the pet’s owner/guardian's contact. Our primary goal in providing the Services is to ensure that no pets are abandoned, hurt, or worse, as a result of their owner/guardian’s sudden unavailability, hospitalization, incapacitation, or passing.
In providing the Services, protecting your private information is our priority. This Privacy Policy governs our data collection and usage in connection with the Services.
